但是自我感觉总是少了一些极致与颠覆
当从事园林的干起了古建
当一方空间只做一个中亭
其实我们不仅仅在做景观设计
更多的是一场传承,一种突破,一个开始

为什么说是一场新的冒险,至少现在看来还是心有余悸,这是第一次尝试,并且面对着一群人的质疑,庆幸的是还好我们留有一份自我博弈的坚持。

最初看到这片土地只是一块很普通的土地,些许亮点只是眺望四周,有肉眼可见的远山,距离太湖很近,天空有着广袤纯净的蓝,有着博物馆风格的网红建筑,四周白墙围合,构成了眼前将要交手几个月的空间。说实话,这也让初识场地的团队陷入沉思,我们是要按照甲方要求打造一方酒店式下沉空间,还是从苏州地缘出发,让场地独具特色,如果选择独具特色,又如何与建筑风格融合,统一设计语言?

There were distant mountains visible to the naked eye, and it was very close to Taihu Lake. The sky was vast and pure blue. Together, it constitutes a space that will be fought for a few months in front of us. To be honest, this also made the team who knew the venue for the first time to ponder. Should we create a hotel-style sunken space according to the requirements of Party A, or should we start from the geographical location of Suzhou and make the venue unique? Fusion of architectural styles and unified design language?

带着诸多问题,我们选择回归场地本身,从问题原点出发,并求其解。我们走访考察了大量的苏式山水园林,以期获得设计灵感,转遍了周遭闻名的博物馆、文物馆,汲取设计巧思,终于在一方古文物玻璃墙承纳着小小古亭的雕塑面前,久久驻留。置身四周玻璃墙围合的空间仿若穿越至四周白墙围合的中庭水院,一瞬间的感同身受,是大胆的提议实践,我们是不是也可以将这一方四角古亭搬至场地空间,就在这一方纯粹空间,造一方极致的古建中亭。

With many problems, we choose to return to the site itself, start from the origin of the problem, and seek its solution. We visited and inspected a large number of Suzhou-style landscape gardens in order to gain design inspiration. We went around the famous museums and cultural relics halls and learned design ingenuity. Finally, in front of the sculpture with a small ancient pavilion on the glass wall of ancient cultural relics, long stay. Being in the space enclosed by the surrounding glass walls is like passing through the atrium water courtyard enclosed by the surrounding white walls. The moment of empathy is a bold proposal and practice. Can we also move this square ancient pavilion to the site space? The pure space on this side creates the ultimate ancient pavilion on the other side.

在大胆的提议过后,还有更大的博弈在等着当时陶醉于喜获设计灵感的团队、难题接踵而至:魏玛以前也做过古建项目,包括著名的南京莫愁湖公园古建的新建和改造;但每一处古建文物都是有自己独特的灵魂与脾性的,这一方亭中,我们该如何做,怎么做,都是一场全新的思考与挑战。

当时的想法有多美好,真正施工起来才知道多艰难,古亭木结构需要一定的文物价值,我们跑遍了无数个古亭旧址才挖掘到适合的古亭旧料,古木、瓦片材质易碎需运输工人细心搬运,以防颠簸破坏;四角飞檐整体调性为与场地建筑风格融合,设计方案几经易稿。

好在过程设计,我们借鉴了《林泉高致》中山水意境布局,将整个场地看作是一幅水墨画卷,将亭子落位于画幅中景,运用“对景”、“借景”等手法,将亭子与建筑、镜水、天幕、行人等结合起来,宛自天成,极具美感。

亭子建设中,取法建筑学家李诫所著的《营造法式》,从建造材质、亭顶造型、瓦片肌理、榫卯关系、柱体结构等角度效法、借鉴,我们边学习边论证边落地。和有经验的工人师傅一起现场堆瓦推销模数,全过程全天候跟踪施工过程。并将其中来自苏州本地的一处古亭旧料与自然杉木,进行解构重生,重塑一方纯净的中庭空间,一方唯有时间留下痕迹的“沁亭”空间,一方融合旧与新,质朴与精工的“观心”天地。

随着四季变化,白昼交替。阳光打在柔和的米白墙体、古亭旧木之上,光影折射于水面,风起,水波微漾与空间产生对话,令人心旷神怡。我们运用自然主义设计手法,“让光线来做设计”,以光柔化古亭与建筑的边界,融入中庭空间,浑然天成。其实往往越是简单的空间,越能体现出古亭的多重姿态,蕴藉独有的山水美学精神。

这已不单是一处观景之地,景观之所,更多的是一处承载社交、娱乐、会友、陶冶身心的媒介,站在此处,你会常常想到苏轼的“惟有此亭无一物‚坐观万景得天全”。在这里与建筑、镜水对话、交流,然后随风而过,悠然忘我,寻找“畅神”、“怡身”,超然物外。
