- UAO瑞拓设计由两位国家一级注册建筑师李涛和梁海峪联合创立于2005年。
- UAO想表达的意思是 Urban-Architecture Original，设计的趣味指向摆脱单一的建筑师思维，力推将规划、建筑、景观和室内一体化考虑的原创精神，提出“大景观+微建筑+一体化+智改造”四相结合的研究主题。
- 大景观是指公园景观、水景观、文创园区、商业办公、旅游小镇、度假酒店的景观或规划设计;都是以景观占主要面积的项目。
- 微建筑是指小型景观建筑，如艺术中心、游客中心，售楼部，幼园，精品酒店、民宿、集装箱建筑等，区別于大批量开发的建筑。
- 一体化是指定制化建筑，从任务策划、场地规划开始，由UAO一并拿出建筑、室内、景观的综合解决设计方案，一体化带来建筑室内空间的一致表达，完成度更高。
- 智改造是针对城市存量老旧、历史建筑的再造更新；UAO以不同于推倒重建的模式，主张保留旧的历史痕迹，注入新的元素或功能，重新焕发老建筑或老街区的生命力
- UAO无论是对大景观，还是小建筑；无论对室外的景观、室内的设计，都倾注心血，力图表达完整的原创思想。

- UA0 was founded in 2005 by National First-class Registered architects Li Tao and Liang Haiyu.
- UA0 wants to express the meaning urban:Architecture riginal. the nterest of design is to get rid of the single architect's thinking, promote the original spirit of integraton of planning, architecture, landscape and interior, and put forward the research theme of three-phase combination of "Big tandscape + Min Architecture + Integrated Design".
- Big landscape refers to the landscape or planning design of Park landscape, waterfront landscape, cultural park, commercial ofice, tourist town,resort hotel; allof them are projects with landscape as the main area. Micro-architecture refers to smallscale landscape architecture, such as art center, tourist center, sales department, kindergarten, boutique hotel, residential quarters, container building, etc., which is different from those developed in large quantities.
- Integration refers to customized architecture, starting from task planning and site planning, UAO brings out the comprehensive solution design scheme of architecture, interior and landscape together, which brings about the consistent expression of interior space and higher degree of completion.
