加減智庫設計事務所（PMT Partners）是成立於2016年的新型設計事務所，其核心理念是堅持設計應該大於“設計”本身，無論何時都切實回應社會的真實問題，並基於當下每壹個生活的細節做出及時的應答。
事務所的核心團隊具備服務從政府、開發商到私人客戶的經驗，致力於不同尺度的空間設計與研究工作，項目實踐涵蓋老城區微改造、城鄉建設與更新、中大型公共建築、小型建築、新型零售空間、景觀與藝術裝置設計等不同尺度與類型的建築空間。核心成員在工作中始終保持對設計多樣性開放的態度，以創造性的思維和更務實在地的手段介入設計，力求用激進而又克制的建築和空間實踐，挑戰傳統和現狀，盡可能為周遭社會環境的帶來改善。
我們希望「加減」對於開放性與創造性的執著，以及對於社會現狀和個體生活的時刻關註，能夠讓它對迅速變化的未來作出富有建設意義的回應。
PMT Partners is an architecture and interior design practice launched in 2016 and currently collaborating with clients in China and around the globe. In an era of precipitous and extreme change, lead architects Yan Hu, Weihao Zhao and Zhe Zeng take an open-minded and creative but pragmatic approach to the work, creating projects that manage to be somehow both radical and restrained.
The team of PMT is experienced in serving governmental agencies, developers, and private clients, and is devoted to architectural space design and research indifferent scales. Its projects cover architectural space in different scales and categories, including the micro-reconstruction of old cities; rural and urban construction; and the renewal of middle- and large-scale public buildings; new retail space and landscape architecture design. The core members of the team have an open attitude to design diversity, engage creative ideas and more pragmatic means in design, challenging the traditional and current situations with an aggressive but restrained architectural practice, aiming to improve the surrounding social environment as much as possible.
We hope PMT’s commitment to openness and creativity, its constant focus on current social situations and individual lives can provide constructive significance to the rapidly changing future.
